By accessing or using Maskly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Maskly to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Automated abuse of API endpoints or generation limits is prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you create using Maskly. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing our services. AI-generated content is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe or via cryptocurrency payments. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Free tier limitations apply to non-paying users.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Maskly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
